Villa is located in the village of Alsancak (YEŞİLTEPE region) of Girne district of Cyprus island. It is 10 minutes by car from the city center, within walking distance of the public beach and market, and 5 minutes by car from the private beach Escape. The villa consists of separate upper and lower apartments. There is no transition between apartments inside the villa.
In the upper circle; There are 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), a living room, a kitchen and 2 toilets (one in the bathroom, the other in the shower) (air conditioning is available in each room). In the garden, there is a swimming pool, a private gazebo and a barbecue. As it is out of the city but close to the city center, it gives you the opportunity to go to the city center whenever you want, while at the same time it offers a calm and peaceful holiday opportunity away from the stress of the city.
Pool: In the garden of our villa, there is a sheltered private pool of 180-220 cm depth, 10 m length and 5 m width. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day.
