Our villa, which makes those who see it fall in love with its bright air and modern appearance, has been carefully prepared with our honeymoon couples in mind.

La Mer Deluxe, which has an indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, sauna, spa and gym, will be a great choice for those who want to spend a dream vacation. Our luxury villa with a capacity of 4 people, dominated by white colors, is a modern and stylish villa that appeals to our valued guests who want to have a holiday with a view. Since the pool is located in the interior of our villa, it is not possible to be seen. Therefore, it is an ideal option for conservative families and honeymoon guests.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom. There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, dresser.

There is also a floor heating system in our villa.

Indoor Pool: 7.30m x 2.50m and 1.30m in depth. Pool maintenance is done by the staff on duty every day.

Note 1: Pool heating is included in the price from 01 November to 30 April. If heating is requested in other periods, an extra 75, -TL is charged for heating. Pool Heating fee is calculated throughout the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before they enter the villa.

Note 2: For all reservations under the 7-day rental period, an additional 300, -TL cleaning fee is required.

*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
