Villa La Mer is Located in Antalya / Kaş / Kördere region, it is a 4 bedroom, 8 person capacity holiday villa suitable for large family and friend groups. As the name suggests, this villa's prominent feature is its sea view.

The villa, which has a very large pool terrace, offers you the opportunity to spend a great holiday thanks to its fascinating view. A quality holiday and high-level viewing pleasure await you in the villa where details such as large windows and lighting are considered so that you can enjoy the unique view that includes Kalkan Bay, Yılan and Sıçan Islands. Our villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. It is close to the center of Kalkan and 15 minutes away from Kaputaş beach, which is among the most famous beaches. Our villa has a garden with a green area of ​​200m2. There is a children's playground, table tennis and foosball in the garden.

Bedrooms :

1st Bedroom: (Suite-Family): 1 double bed, TV, dresser, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom & WC and French balcony.

2nd Bedroom: (Suite-Family): 1 double bed, TV, dresser, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, jacuzzi, WC & bathroom and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: (Suite-Family): 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, WC & bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom: (Suite-Junior): 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, make-up table, wardrobe, TV, jacuzzi, WC & bathroom and exit to pool terrace.

Pool: 12m x 5.5m and 1.50 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff on duty every day.

Note 1: An additional 450, -TL cleaning fee is required for all reservations below the minimum rental period.

*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
