Villa Delal is our 3-bedroom, 6-person conservative villa with private swimming pool in the region of Kalkan Islamlar. There is a double jacuzzi in one of the upper floor bedrooms of our villa.
Private swimming pool on the garden terrace of our villa and table tennis and swings so that you do not get bored during your holiday, and it is one of our rare villa options where you can enjoy it to the fullest.

Our villa is located close to the market and Kalkan center, and after 8-10 minutes of driving, transportation to Kalkan center is provided.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Ground floor, 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

2nd Bedroom: 1st floor, 1 double bed, air conditioning, dresser, vanity table, wardrobe, berjer, puff mattress, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1st floor, 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

*** The customer who rented the villa is deemed to have accepted the "Rental-Cancellation Conditions" in advance.
 Although Kalkan is a developed settlement, it has a scattered settlement and our villas can be found in secluded areas. If you are sensitive about this, ask our reservation department for the location of the villas in detail. The locations shown on the map on our website may not be the exact locations of the villas. Regional locations were used due to the misdirection of the navigations. Original locations will be sent to you upon request. Electricity, water, gas etc. included in the prices, air tickets, extra cleaning, extra new sheets, towels, pillowcases, etc. , vacation and health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.
*** At the entrance to the villa, a deposit between 500 -5000 TL varies according to the size and quality of the villa (or equivalent Euro, US Dollar or British Pound) as a damage guarantee by the landlords. This deposit is paid in cash upon arrival. If no damage is detected in the house during the controls made by the host or his representative at the exit, this amount is refunded to the guests. This amount is determined separately for each house. In cases where you cause a damage above the damage deposit you paid, it is your obligation to replace the product you damaged or pay the villa owner for the price. Please report any damage or deficiencies you may encounter during your entry to our guide or landlord immediately.
Important Note: All of our villas are regularly disinfected and cleaned with drugs approved by T. C. Ministry of Health against insects and pests. In spite of this, insects etc. There is a possibility of pests to be seen.
